Laser 3D scanning and measurement of every opening on site — actual dimensions instead of design dimensions, before production starts.
Product sketches and shop drawings (KMD)
Sketches of certified constructions adapted to client requirements, and shop drawing (KMD) sets for non-standard products.
Rigging calculations
A plan for delivery, unloading and lifting of constructions to each floor — based on product dimensions, weight and site conditions.
Manufacturing and installation
Manufacturing to approved shop drawings (KMD) and installation with hardware adjustment. One contractor, one point of responsibility, one warranty.
As-built documentation
A complete set of as-built documentation for project handover, regulatory inspections and building operation.
Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance of fire-rated doors — ours and those of other manufacturers — throughout their service life.
